We are pleased to announce the appointments of Ms. Gahyoung Kim as Chief Operating Officer and Ms. Alice Choy as Head of Operations, two strategic leaders who will play a pivotal role as we move forward with our new Target Operating Model, designed to bring clarity, alignment, and execution discipline across the organisation.
These appointments mark a significant step in strengthening our company’s operational foundation as we enhance the way we serve partners and high-net-worth (HNW) clients globally.

As Chief Operating Officer, Gahyoung will oversee the Operations and Transformation function. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, she held senior positions at AIA Group, where she played a pivotal role in driving growth and transformation across insurance distribution channels. In her current role, Gahyoung will focus on optimising efficiency, strengthening process discipline, and elevating the overall client and partner experience.

Alice joined as Head of Operations in January 2026, and will be reporting to Gahyoung. With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, she is an accomplished operations leader with extensive expertise in the HNW segment, having built high-performing service platforms and strong relationships with international brokers and private banks during her time at Sun Life, Manulife, and AIA.
