Below are some examples of some key roles within TLB that help drive our business on a daily basis:

Actuary

As a member of the actuarial team, you would be responsible for the assessment of underwriting risk, using vast amounts of data and financial expertise, for the purpose of managing reinsurance across our company. The work is interesting and challenging, and involves creating models for the risks underlying our various life insurance products.

Underwriter

An underwriter assesses the mortality and morbidity risks, according to our guidelines, to assure our policyholders are treated fairly and that our financial objectives are met. As an underwriter you would work closely with our actuaries, risk, and claims managers, and strike the right balance to attract and retain customers through the development of competitive insurance pricing.

Customer Service

At TLB our customers are our utmost priority. Our customer service representatives manage our relationships with our distribution partners, as well as with our customers. As part of our Customer Service team, you would need to understand our partners' and customers' needs, and help ensure that we are providing them with the necessary support to help them.

Sales & Distribution

As part of our Sales & Distribution team, you would need to have a complete understanding of both our products and our customers' needs. Your duties would include overall business development, covering sales and distribution for Hong Kong, Singapore and Bermuda, including sales support and training for our distributors and other financial partners.
